• On Brickell Key Drive, Brickell-area, in February 2022, a 1,410-square-foot unit was sold for $615,000, a price per square foot of $436.
• A 1,310-square-foot unit on the 800 block of Brickell Key Drive in Brickell-area sold in February 2022 for $600,000, a price per square foot of $458.
• In March 2022, a 780-square-foot unit on Brickell Key Drive in Brickell-area sold for $355,000, a price per square foot of $455.
