These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• A 2,150-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in November 2021 for $1,550,000, a price per square foot of $721.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in November 2021, a 2,665-square-foot unit was sold for $2,200,000, a price per square foot of $826.
• In January 2022, a 1,800-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,115,000, a price per square foot of $619.
