A 2,980-square-foot condominium built in 2018 has changed hands. The spacious and recently built property located in the 16900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Aug. 22, 2022. The $4,918,800 purchase price works out to $1,651 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• In February 2022, a 1,670-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $950,000, a price per square foot of $569.
• A 500-square-foot unit on the 16700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in February 2022 for $270,000, a price per square foot of $540.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in February 2022, a 1,670-square-foot unit was sold for $770,000, a price per square foot of $461.
