Condominium sells in North Miami Beach for $5.3 million

The spacious new property located in the 15700 block of Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach was sold on Jun. 23, 2022 for $5,300,000, or $2,480 per square foot. The condominium built in 2020 has an interior space of 2,137 square feet. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• On Collins Avenue, North Miami Beach, in January 2022, a 2,327-square-foot unit was sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $623.
• A 1,847-square-foot unit on the 15900 block of Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach sold in December 2021 for $900,000, a price per square foot of $487.
• In September 2021, a 1,962-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach sold for $800,000, a price per square foot of $408.
