Sunny Isles Beach condominium sells for $6.3 million

A spacious and recently built condominium built in 2015 located in the 17700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has new owners. The 4,609-square-foot property was sold on August 10, 2022 for $6,300,000, or $1,367 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and seven baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• In April 2022, a 2,090-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $2,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,029.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in April 2022, a 1,840-square-foot unit was sold for $1,825,000, a price per square foot of $992.
• A 1,590-square-foot unit on the 17500 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2022 for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $786.
