Miami Beach condominium sells for $7.2 million

A 2,756-square-foot condominium built in 2014 has changed hands. The spacious and recently built property located in the 2900 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach was sold on August 10, 2022 for $7,200,000, or $2,612 per square foot.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in March 2022, a 831-square-foot unit was sold for $340,000, a price per square foot of $409.
• A 1,077-square-foot unit on the 2900 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in August 2022 for $435,000, a price per square foot of $404.
• In November 2021, a 566-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $294,000, a price per square foot of $519.
