A 1,480-square-foot condominium built in 1926 has changed hands. The historic property located in the 2300 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach was sold on August 10, 2022. The $2,475,000 purchase price works out to $1,672 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and two baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• In November 2021, a 1,121-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $555,000, a price per square foot of $495.
• A 1,266-square-foot unit on the 2400 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in December 2021 for $835,000, a price per square foot of $660.
• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 1,121-square-foot unit was sold for $405,000, a price per square foot of $361.
