- A 1,266-square-foot unit on the 2400 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in December 2021 for $835,000, a price per square foot of $660.
- On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 1,121-square-foot unit was sold for $405,000, a price per square foot of $361.
