Brickell-area condominium sells for $3.9 million

A spacious condominium built in 2001 located in the 800 block of Brickell Key Drive in Brickell-area has a new owner. The 3,257-square-foot property was sold on July 28, 2022 for $3,900,000, or $1,197 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• In February 2022, a 1,410-square-foot unit on Brickell Key Drive in Brickell-area sold for $615,000, a price per square foot of $436.
• On Brickell Key Drive, Brickell-area, in February 2022, a 1,030-square-foot unit was sold for $425,000, a price per square foot of $413.
• A 1,640-square-foot unit on the 800 block of Brickell Key Drive in Brickell-area sold in February 2022 for $930,000, a price per square foot of $567.
