Multi family sells for $4.2 million in Miami Beach

A building built in 1958 located in the 7300 block of Harding Avenue in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 10,234-square-foot property was sold on July 31, 2022 for $4,225,000, or $413 per square foot. The property features 18 bedrooms and 18 baths. It sits on a 7,500 square foot lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• On Harding Avenue, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 5,006-square-foot home was sold for $3,550,000, a price per square foot of $709.
• A 7,865-square-foot home on the 7400 block of Byron Avenue in Miami Beach sold in April 2022 for $1,900,000, a price per square foot of $242.
• In January 2022, a 6,914-square-foot home on Byron Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $210.
