The property features three bedrooms and five baths. The unit sits on a 1 square foot lot.

• In March 2022, a 2,136-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,675,000, a price per square foot of $784.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in March 2022, a 2,136-square-foot unit was sold for $1,800,000, a price per square foot of $843.
