Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• In October 2021, a 1,270-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $650,000, a price per square foot of $512.
• A 1,110-square-foot unit on the 17200 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in August 2021 for $525,000, a price per square foot of $473.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in March 2022, a 1,330-square-foot unit was sold for $745,000, a price per square foot of $560.
