• A 1,030-square-foot unit on the 800 block of Brickell Key Drive in Brickell-area sold in January 2022 for $425,000, a price per square foot of $413.
• On Brickell Key Drive, Brickell-area, in January 2022, a 1,640-square-foot unit was sold for $930,000, a price per square foot of $567.
