These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• A 2,140-square-foot unit on the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in July 2021 for $3,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,542.
• In August 2021, a 1,728-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,157.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in December 2022, a 1,381-square-foot unit was sold for $2,100,000, a price per square foot of $1,521.
