Condominium sells for $10.5 million in Miami Beach, Florida

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• On Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, in May 2022, a 1,250-square-foot unit was sold for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $1,320.
• A 600-square-foot unit on the 100 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in October 2021 for $263,000, a price per square foot of $438.
• In January 2022, a 719-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $360,000, a price per square foot of $501.
