Coral Gables, Florida, house sells for $3.5 million

A spacious historic house built in 1927 located in the 1200 block of Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables has new owners. The 3,587-square-foot property was sold on July 6, 2022 for $3,475,000, or $969 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sits on a 0.5-acre lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• In May 2022, a 4,321-square-foot home on Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables sold for $3,650,000, a price per square foot of $845.
• On Obispo Avenue, Coral Gables, in September 2021, a 1,343-square-foot home was sold for $1,025,000, a price per square foot of $763.
• A 1,343-square-foot home on the 1200 block of Obispo Avenue in Coral Gables sold in November 2021 for $9,500, a price per square foot of $7.
