Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 922-square-foot unit was sold for $350,000, a price per square foot of $380.
• In November 2021, a 1,730-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $574,000, a price per square foot of $332.
• A 1,281-square-foot unit on the 5000 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in March 2022 for $640,000, a price per square foot of $500.
