• A 1,979-square-foot unit on the 16000 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in December 2022 for $1,353,200, a price per square foot of $684.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in August 2021, a 2,327-square-foot unit was sold for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $709.
