Pinecrest, Florida, house sells for $6.8 million

The spacious property located in the 12800 block of Southwest 60th Avenue in Pinecrest was sold on June 28, 2022 for $6,825,000, or $807 per square foot. The property features seven bedrooms, seven baths, and a garage. It sits on a 0.9-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• On Southwest 129th Terrace, Pinecrest, in March 2022, a 6,355-square-foot home was sold for $5,700,000, a price per square foot of $897.
• In February 2022, a 2,424-square-foot home on Chapman Field Drive in Pinecrest sold for $2,200,000, a price per square foot of $908.
• A 4,519-square-foot home on the 13000 block of Old Cutler Road in Pinecrest sold in August 2021 for $1,420,000, a price per square foot of $314.
