Miami Beach, Florida, condominium sells for $6.7 million

A spacious condominium built in 2008 located in the first block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach has new owners. The 3,101-square-foot property was sold on June 28, 2022 for $6,720,000, or $2,167 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 858-square-foot unit was sold for $960,000, a price per square foot of $1,119.
• A 858-square-foot unit on the 400 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in April 2022 for $1,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,340.
• In October 2021, a 1,279-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $1,290.
