Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in February 2022, a 3,196-square-foot unit was sold for $5,335,000, a price per square foot of $1,669.
• In April 2022, a 2,682-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $4,550,000, a price per square foot of $1,696.
• A 2,271-square-foot unit on the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in February 2022 for $3,200,000, a price per square foot of $1,409.
