• A 2,256-square-foot home on the 6400 block of Southwest 134th Drive in Pinecrest sold in August 2021 for $1,098,000, a price per square foot of $487.
• On Southwest 134th Drive, Pinecrest, in July 2021, a 3,764-square-foot home was sold for $1,855,000, a price per square foot of $493.
• In September 2021, a 4,580-square-foot home on Southwest 131st Street in Pinecrest sold for $2,225,000, a price per square foot of $486.
