Miami, Florida, condominium sells for $6 million

A spacious new condominium built in 2020 located in the 2800 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami gets new owners. The 3,247-square-foot property was sold on June 15, 2022. The $6,000,000 purchase price works out to $1,848 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

• A 980-square-foot unit on the 2900 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold in April 2022 for $580,000, a price per square foot of $592.
• On South Bayshore Drive, Miami, in March 2022, a 1,110-square-foot unit was sold for $881,000, a price per square foot of $794.
