A 2,143-square-foot condominium built in 2006 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 18100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on May 26, 2022 for $2,575,000, or $1,202 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently been sold nearby:

• On 180th Drive, Sunny Isles Beach, in February 2022, a 770-square-foot unit was sold for $200,000, a price per square foot of $260.
• A 770-square-foot unit on the 200 block of 180th Drive in Sunny Isles Beach sold in March 2022 for $195,000, a price per square foot of $253.
• In August 2021, a 676-square-foot unit on 181st Drive in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $199,500, a price per square foot of $295.
