The $4,750,000 purchase price works out to $1,487 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in October 2021, a 1,270-square-foot unit was sold for $650,000, a price per square foot of $512.
• A 1,490-square-foot unit on the 17200 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in November 2021 for $555,000, a price per square foot of $372.
• In September 2021, a 1,770-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $95,000, a price per square foot of $54.
