Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:
- A 3,180-square-foot home on the 7100 block of West Lago Drive in Coral Gables sold in November 2021 for $3,325,000, a price per square foot of $1,046.
- On Cocoplum Road, Coral Gables, in February 2022, a 3,692-square-foot home was sold for $5,700,000, a price per square foot of $1,544.
- In August 2021, a 5,238-square-foot home on Cocoplum Road in Coral Gables sold for $4,125,000, a price per square foot of $788.
