Coral Gables, Florida, house sells for $7 million

A spacious historic house built in 1925 located in the 700 block of University Drive in Coral Gables has new owners. The 5,910-square-foot property was sold on June 9, 2022 for $7,000,000, or $1,184 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and five baths. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 0.3 acres lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• On University Drive, Coral Gables, in November 2021, a 3,207-square-foot home was sold for $2,500,000, a price per square foot of $780.
• A 3,709-square-foot home on the 3800 block of Anderson Road in Coral Gables sold in March 2022 for $1,375,000, a price per square foot of $371.
• In November 2021, a 2,920-square-foot home on Palmarito Court in Coral Gables sold for $1,308,000, a price per square foot of $448.
