The unit sits on a 8,509 square foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• A 2,845-square-foot home on the 500 block of Almeria Avenue in Coral Gables sold in August 2021 for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $527.
• In October 2021, a 2,660-square-foot home on Sevilla Avenue in Coral Gables sold for $1,937,500, a price per square foot of $728.
• On Biltmore Way, Coral Gables, in February 2022, a 880-square-foot home was sold for $520,000, a price per square foot of $591.
