• A 1,322-square-foot home on the 1500 block of Alberca Street in Coral Gables sold in February 2022 for $800,000, a price per square foot of $605.
• In June 2021, a 1,536-square-foot home on Alberca Street in Coral Gables sold for $740,000, a price per square foot of $482.
• On Sorolla Avenue, Coral Gables, in July 2021, a 2,028-square-foot home was sold for $900,000, a price per square foot of $444.
