• On Devon Court, Miami, in August 2021, a 8,332-square-foot home was sold for $33,000,000, a price per square foot of $3,961.
• A 3,870-square-foot home on the 3400 block of Poinciana Avenue in Miami sold in January 2022 for $4,250,000, a price per square foot of $1,098.
• In October 2021, a 2,637-square-foot home on Poinciana Avenue in Miami sold for $5,750,000, a price per square foot of $2,181.
