Miami Beach, Florida, condominium sells for $3.8 million

A 2,550-square-foot condominium built in 1996 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 300 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach was sold on May 30, 2022 for $3,750,000, or $1,471 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in July 2021, a 2,140-square-foot unit was sold for $3,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,542.
• A 1,732-square-foot unit on the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in January 2022 for $2,425,000, a price per square foot of $1,400.
• In February 2022, a 2,140-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $3,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,472.
