Miami Beach, Florida, house sells for $13.7 million

The spacious property located in the 4500 block of Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach was sold on May 30, 2022 for $13,650,000, or $2,376 per square foot. The property features six bedrooms and seven baths. It sits on a 0.8 acres lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 2,257-square-foot home on the 4500 block of Sheridan Avenue in Miami Beach sold in April 2022 for $1,445,000, a price per square foot of $640.
• In August 2021, a 1,437-square-foot home on West 46th Street in Miami Beach sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $835.
• On Royal Palm Avenue, Miami Beach, in December 2022, a 2,465-square-foot home was sold for $2,200,000, a price per square foot of $892.
