• In February 2022, a 2,365-square-foot unit on Brickell Bay Drive in Brickell-area sold for $1,750,000, a price per square foot of $740.
• A 2,365-square-foot unit on the 1300 block of Brickell Bay Drive in Brickell-area sold in December 2022 for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $698.
• On Brickell Bay Drive, Brickell-area, in July 2021, a 777-square-foot unit was sold for $320,000, a price per square foot of $412.
