Miami, Florida, condominium sells for $1.7 million

A spacious condominium built in 1979 located in the first block of Grove Isle Drive in Miami has a new owner. The 2,614-square-foot property was sold on April 27, 2022 for $1,725,000, or $660 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• A 1,850-square-foot unit on the 3500 block of West Fairview Street in Miami sold in October 2021 for $1,950,000, a price per square foot of $1,054.
• In February 2022, a 1,850-square-foot unit on West Fairview Street in Miami sold for $650,000, a price per square foot of $351.
• On West Fairview Street, Miami, in March 2022, a 1,850-square-foot unit was sold for $2,050,000, a price per square foot of $1,108.
