A 3,337-square-foot condominium built in 2016 has changed hands. The spacious and recent property located in the first block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach was sold on May 23, 2022 for $6,995,000, or $2,096 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 380-square-foot unit was sold for $1,400,000, a price per square foot of $3,684.
• A 380-square-foot unit on the first block of Washington Avenue in Miami Beach sold in November 2021 for $190,000, a price per square foot of $500.
• In April 2022, a 620-square-foot unit on Washington Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $315,000, a price per square foot of $508.
