A spacious condominium built in 1986 located in the 2400 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach gets a new owner. The 2,234-square-foot property was sold on May 9, 2022 for $3,550,000, or $1,589 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 1,912-square-foot unit was sold for $1,620,000, a price per square foot of $847.
• A 1,912-square-foot unit on the 2000 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in January 2022 for $3,500,000, a price per square foot of $1,831.
• In August 2021, a 3,667-square-foot unit on Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $7,500,000, a price per square foot of $2,045.
