Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $12.3 million

A 3,731-square-foot condominium built in 2008 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach was sold on May 11, 2022 for $12,250,000, or $3,283 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four baths.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in January 2022, a 1,389-square-foot unit was sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,440.
• In July 2021, a 2,140-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $3,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,542.
• A 1,732-square-foot unit on 801 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in December 2022 for $2,407,800, a price per square foot of $1,390.
