Pinecrest, Florida house sells for $6.6 million

A 8,226-square-foot house built in 2019 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 12500 block of Southwest 63rd Avenue in Pinecrest was sold on May 3, 2022 for $6,550,000, or $796 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and seven baths. It sits on a 0.8 acres lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently been sold close by:

• On Moss Ranch Road, Pinecrest, in September 2021, a 3,949-square-foot home was sold for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $418.
• In October 2021, a 4,163-square-foot home at Southwest 64th Avenue in Pinecrest sold for $1,957,500, a price per square foot of $470.
• A 6,964-square-foot home on 6285 Southwest 128th Street in Pinecrest sold in September 2021 for $3,590,000, a price per square foot of $516.
