Coral Gables, Florida house sells for $5.8 million

A spacious new house built in 2020 located in the 800 block of Catalonia Avenue in Coral Gables gets new owners. The 5,057-square-foot property was sold on May 5, 2022. The $5,777,900 purchase price works out to $1,143 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a garage. It sits on a 0.3 acres lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• In February 2022, a 2,844-square-foot home at Palermo Avenue in Coral Gables sold for $1,903,000, a price per square foot of $669.
• On Anastasia Avenue, Coral Gables, in October 2021, a 4,280-square-foot home was sold for $3,525,000, a price per square foot of $824.
• A 2,114-square-foot home on 717 Santander Avenue in Coral Gables sold in April 2022 for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $568.
