Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $8.8 million

A spacious condominium built in 2008 located in the first block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach has new owners. The 2,173-square-foot property was sold on May 1, 2022. The $8,800,000 purchase price works out to $4,050 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• In October 2021, a 1,279-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $1,290.
• A 1,165-square-foot unit on 400 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in September 2021 for $1,625,000, a price per square foot of $1,395.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in January 2022, a 858-square-foot unit was sold for $824,500, a price per square foot of $961.
