• A 1,590-square-foot unit on 17555 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in October 2021 for $1,195,000, a price per square foot of $752.
• In November 2021, a 2,090-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,750,000, a price per square foot of $837.
