Coral Gables, Florida condominium sells for $2.6 million

A spacious new condominium built in 2019 located in the 300 block of Altara Avenue in Coral Gables has a new owner. The 3,194-square-foot property was sold on April 27, 2022. The $2,600,000 purchase price works out to $814 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four baths.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• In January 2022, a 1,125-square-foot unit at Salzedo Street in Coral Gables sold for $603,000, a price per square foot of $536.
• On Salzedo Street, Coral Gables, in January 2022, a 970-square-foot unit was sold for $395,000, a price per square foot of $407.
• A 970-square-foot unit on 4100 Salzedo Street in Coral Gables sold in December 2022 for $390,000, a price per square foot of $402.
