• A 1,435-square-foot unit on 15901 Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach sold in May 2021 for $810,000, a price per square foot of $564.
• In January 2022, a 1,962-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach sold for $1,260,000, a price per square foot of $642.
