• A 1,800-square-foot unit on 19111 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in December 2022 for $1,115,000, a price per square foot of $619.
• In October 2021, a 1,900-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $632.
