Coral Gables, Florida house sells for $2.5 million

A 2,300-square-foot house built in 2019 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 1000 block of Genoa Street in Coral Gables was sold on March 13, 2022 for $2,500,000, or $1,087 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four baths, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 10,500 sqft lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:

• On Medina Avenue, Coral Gables, in August 2021, a 1,252-square-foot home was sold for $998,500, a price per square foot of $798.
• In February 2022, a 2,558-square-foot home at Madrid Street in Coral Gables sold for $1,750,000, a price per square foot of $684.
• A 1,087-square-foot home on 1114 Madrid Street in Coral Gables sold in January 2022 for $850,000, a price per square foot of $782.
