Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $6.4 million

A spacious condominium built in 2008 located in the first block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach gets a new owner. The 2,173-square-foot property was sold on March 27, 2022 for $6,350,000, or $2,922 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in February 2022, a 950-square-foot unit was sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $1,316.
• A 1,042-square-foot unit on 400 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in November 2021 for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,248.
• In October 2021, a 1,279-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $1,290.
