• A 4,519-square-foot home on 13025 Old Cutler Road in Pinecrest sold in August 2021 for $1,420,000, a price per square foot of $314.
• In March 2022, a 6,842-square-foot home at Moss Ranch Road in Pinecrest sold for $3,450,000, a price per square foot of $504.
