A 7,100-square-foot condominium built in 1990 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 4800 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach was sold on March 14, 2022. The $17,500,000 purchase price works out to $2,465 per square foot. The property features six bedrooms and seven baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in March 2022, a 517-square-foot unit was sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $1,644.
• A 517-square-foot unit on 40205 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in December 2022 for $800,000, a price per square foot of $1,547.
• In December 2022, a 6,700-square-foot unit at Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $8,100,000, a price per square foot of $1,209.
