Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $14.3 million

A 3,731-square-foot condominium built in 2008 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach was sold on March 22, 2022. The $14,250,000 purchase price works out to $3,819 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently been sold nearby:

• A 1,389-square-foot unit on 801 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in January 2022 for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,440.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 1,728-square-foot unit was sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,157.
• In February 2022, a 2,140-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $3,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,472.
