Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $2.5 million

A spacious condominium built in 2008 located in the 6800 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach has new owners. The 2,050-square-foot property was sold on March 31, 2022 for $2,500,000, or $1,220 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three baths.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 1,035-square-foot unit was sold for $665,000, a price per square foot of $643.
• In November 2021, a 1,035-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $732,500, a price per square foot of $708.
• A 1,035-square-foot unit on 6799 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in January 2022 for $599,000, a price per square foot of $579.
