The 2,512-square-foot property was sold on March 30, 2022 for $2,650,000, or $1,055 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three baths. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 7,200 sqft lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 1,614-square-foot home on 1555 Calais Drive in Miami Beach sold in February 2022 for $1,995,000, a price per square foot of $1,236.
• In February 2022, a 1,985-square-foot home at South Shore Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,725,000, a price per square foot of $869.
• On South Shore Drive, Miami Beach, in September 2021, a 1,418-square-foot home was sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $846.
